食べ歩き

ベトナム料理を食べに行きました。

好きなので家で作ったりもしています。

この料理は、もやし、牛肉、タケノコをパリパリに焼いた卵の薄焼きで包んであります。そしてさらにサニーレタスで巻き、少し甘いナンプラーをつけて食べます。

写真じゃわかりにくいのですが、かなりサイズが大きいです。そして、中身がバラバラでかなり食べにくいですが、美味しかったです。

Very Good!

この「くるみバター」にハマっています。ピーナツバターでもなくゴマクリームでもない、胡桃の風味がたまりません。パンに塗って良し、クラッカーにのせて良し、でも私はそのまま食べるのが一番好きです。

Yoghurt

Yes, hunting for yoghurt! Bread, milk, natto etc All were temporarily difficult to find but seem to have returned pretty much to normal now. Whereas yoghurt seems to have stolen pole position as currently ‘Most difficult to locate’ but I’m determined to track some down!

日曜日は楽しいライブでした♪

ランチも美味しかったですし、何よりRock and Rollで元気をもらいました!!

美容室にて

この前、近所の美容室へ行ったときのこと。髪をシャンプーしてもらっている時、いつもと違うほのかないい香りが漂ってきました。お店の人にきいてみると、「桜のシャンプーなんですよ」という返事でした。桜の香りがする無添加のシャンプーだそうです。とーってもリラックスできてアロマセラピーのようでした。

Spring…

…is finally truly here I think. Very warm day today, I think Monday was winters last shout for this year. The cherry blossom seems quite random/late as to when and where it’s out this year. I still (touch wood!) don’t have any hay fever reaction, which is lucky, as I know some people are having quite a strong reaction.

Live

Yesterday, The English Village Band played a “rock and roll” lunchtime gig in a live music  house in Mizue. We had a really good time performing there!!!

The audience was larger than we expected, given the current situation.

In our sort of “half  time” break, we really enjoyed chatting with our guests.

We were glad to hear that our audience could get a lot of energy from us. We’re so grateful to the people who braved the current nightmare to come and hear our performance.

We thank them all!!
