Kaijin Cheese & Wine Party!

Hello, everybody!

We had a Cheese & Wine Party in the Kaijin school on Saturday. We prepared many kinds of cheese and wine. To my amazement, some people enjoyed eating a certain kind of smelly cheese which I really hate cos its smell is beyond belief! Do you know an English cheese called “Stilton”? Neil’s really keen on it! It’s a fairly popular (and very smelly) cheese in England. Some people call it the king of cheese! Unbelievable!

Anyway, we performed some songs live. I hope everybody enjoyed them! Although the party was supposed to last 2 hours, in the end, it went on for 3 hours and a half! We really had a nice time!

    美味しいチーズで、ついつい飲みすぎてしまいました。ニール先生とは料理のレシピの話しも。ヨークシャープディングは甘いものと思っていました。イギリス料理を一緒に作るパーティーの企画お願いします。

    ワインとチーズと歌、ごちそうさまでした。
    Stilton、においに負けていただきませんでしたが、次に機会があったらチャレンジしてみようかな･･･と思っています。
    Minaさんの「マイムマイム」最高でした。

    Naoko, you’re absolutely right!
    It was so funny, wasn’t it? Remembering it, I can laugh! My brain sometimes works like that! People around me always laugh but it can’t be helped cos it’s me! Have you talked about that “mine-mine” thing to your sister?
    I hope you two can come to our “Gin Night”. I want to have fun with you again!

    ワインパーティー楽しまれたようで、とても嬉しく思います！
    パートナーの方もかなり楽しまれて頂いていたようですが、ちゃんとお帰りになれたかなーっとちょっと心配していました！
    11月のイベントでクッキングレッスン何回かありますので、是非、ご参加下さい！
