Pancakes (Slight Return)
& amazingly easy to do a double post if you’re as low tech as me-what is this intra-web thing anyway? But yes, pancakes… a mixture of flour,eggs,bit of salt,butter and milk and delicious with lemon and sugar or Maple Syrup. You’re also supposed to toss the pancake in the air while cooking it and catch it in the frying pan but this is beyond my dexterity nine times out of ten. As is making a successful post so I’m going to quit while I’m ahead.

Hi,
I`m also quite keen on pancakes at this time of year, as well as their savoury cousin, the Yorkshire pudding. However, I haven`t eaten any pancakes since i got a 100 yen hoto cakey mix from Daiso. Whilst these were okay for the price, there was a surprisingly large quantity of mix for such a small box so I got sick of them after a while.Maybe this year I`ll make my own from scratch. Then again…..!
By the way, who is this guy with the sunglasses next to this post? I`m pretty sure it isn`t me!
