My abdominal muscle has been undergoing some hard training!!

Hello, everybody!

As you can probably imagine, I have to pracise singing for this month’s event, which is fun, but I played sport very hard last weekend. Oh, by the way, I love sports! Especially hard sports! I spent long hours playing last weekend, which gave me some muscular pain!

When I pracitised singing today, my abdominal muscle was hurting! Although my abdominal muscle was already painful, I inflicted more training on my abdominal muscle! It’s a double whammy for my poor abdominal muscle!

I hope I will be able to sing beautifully at tomorrow’s event! I’ll keep my fingers crossed!

左手が！！！

Hello, everybody!

今日は、お休みだったので、スコーンを作ったり、メールマガジン書いたりいろいろしていたんです。夕飯食べたら、またスコーンを作る計画でいたのですが、左のひじ辺りから小指まで、ジーンってなんか痛んだんです！

昨年、ひどい腱鞘炎になって、２ヶ月位ほんとーに痛い辛い思いをしたので、無理しないようにと思い、スコーンを作るのをやめました。

腱鞘炎になったことありますか？私は、腱鞘炎になっているって気付かず、捻挫か何んかかと思い、ずっとほって置いたんです。しかも、痛いのにゴルフとかしちゃって。

1ヶ月位経って、なんか悪化している感じがしたもで、ゴルフの知り合い達に聞いてみたら、みんなに“よく自分の手首見てみなよ！凄く腫れてんじゃん！それって、腱鞘炎ぽいよ！早く、整形外科に行きなよ！ゴルフなんてしている場合じゃないよ！なんて言われてしまったんです。

最終的にひどーい腱鞘炎になってしまって、寝ていても痛くて起きたり、もーわんさか辛い不便な思いをしました。だから、たまに、今日みたいな痛みが出ると、ストレッチして、無理しない様にするんです！みなさんも気をつけて下さい！

Mary’s Comforter

Hello, everybody! I had Mary’s Comforter today. Actually, I hadn’t had it for a long time but I realised how delicious it was! I drink Summer’s Bloom every day but I want to have Mary’s Comforter more often-especially when I want to refresh myself!

Delicious Scones!

Our scones are entirely handmade! If you eat them, you’ll never forget the taste! The outside of our scone is quite crispy but inside it is very moist. We’re also very strict when it comes to selecting cream and jam.

I had a relaxing time!

I went to the hair salon yesterday. Its name is ” Zoom” and it’s in Kinshicho. My hair dresser(Miss Imaki) is very skilful and attentive. Actually, she has been promoted to a salon manager! I’ve been going to Zoom for a long time as I always feel satisfied. I also get a scalp massage there. The staff who always does this for me is Mr Koshikawa. His massage is very powerful but it’s not only poweful, it’s also skilful. After going there, I can sleep really deeply that night. I recommend this hair salon! I always ask Miss Imaki to do my hair and Mr Koshikawa to massage my head!

Our guitarist’s coming back!

Our guitarist’s been very busy at work so we couldn’t get together to practise music, but his work situation’s settled so we can play music together! He’s a fantastic guitarist! He’s playing at our Xmas parties so don’t miss them!

Kaijin Cheese & Wine Party!

Hello, everybody!

We had a Cheese & Wine Party in the Kaijin school on Saturday. We prepared many kinds of cheese and wine. To my amazement, some people enjoyed eating a certain kind of smelly cheese which I really hate cos its smell is beyond belief! Do you know an English cheese called “Stilton”? Neil’s really keen on it! It’s a fairly popular (and very smelly) cheese in England. Some people call it the king of cheese! Unbelievable!

Anyway, we performed some songs live. I hope everybody enjoyed them! Although the party was supposed to last 2 hours, in the end, it went on for 3 hours and a half! We really had a nice time!
