We had a nice, lazy time last Sunday. I love pootling about between Hanzomon and Jimbocho. The weather was pretty good so we went to the Imperial Palace gardens. Although I mislayed my sense of direction (not unusual) and failed to locate the public entrance to start with and enjoyed a bonus walk around the perimeter. There are so many joggers, I feel myself becoming genki by some strange osmotic process. Later, in Jimbocho, I really enjoyed looking round the new and second hand book stores. I also tried the California Burger from MacDonalds-not quite as good as the Texas Burger for me-say 7 out of 10. I think you can really feel spring is on the way now-bringing with it the attendant hay fever season!
