I hope all of you are okay. However, I suppose most of you’ve been battling against your individual present situation?

No matter how much you try to think in a positive way, your current job situation makes you depressed or you listen to some depressing news and so on…

It can’t be helped, can it? Because we humans have brains to think and feel so we have emotions, like happiness, sadness, anger and so on. In other words, it all depends on whether you feel something good or bad. Well, we humans are sometimes too intelligent and think in a complicated way, I think.

So, why don’t you forget complicated things and think simple?
Try to find something you can smile about or laugh at!
Try to concentrate on only what you are doing!
Try to be nice to the people around you!
Try to imagine what you want to do after the coronavirus crisis has ended!

These simple things might make you calm and relaxed and give you power!!! And most importantly, you could know what you have to do now for your bright future!!!

Yes! Maybe… Mr. Inoki is really right!( Mr. Inoki is a famous Japanese professional wrestler.)
